I want to have one overall star rating and another star rating for Subcategory which the user selects.
Is there is a way to do something like this?

You can see I have marked one field as subcategory which I have created on the form.
So what I need is to add one more Star Rating option which will come after the subcategory field, so I want to know if there is any hook that helps me achieve this?

I am also using 2 Add ons as well, one is for comment search and another is for flag report.

We're really sorry, but wpDiscuz doesn't have such a feature. However, if you are familiar with CSS and js you can do it yourself.
Each custom filed created by you, has a unique class that is generated based on Meta Key (see screenshot). So you can add the rating fields, hide the fields via CSS code, then via js code, you can make visible the ratings created special for that category.
