I wanted to activate the login buttons for Facebook, Google and Twitter but could only Google get working. The instructions for Facebook are completely outdated.

Besides the fact that Facebook is actually now Meta and Twitter is X unfortunately the documentation looks like it is from the time of the older names of these corporations.

The current page layout of Facebook has very little resemblance with the one pictured in the WpDiscuz documentation and there is much more to do to get the Facebook app live. It seems that now there is a rather complicated and lengthy application approval step necessary that is not explained at all.

I also could not get Twitter to work despite following the instructions very carefully. I get this error message when I try to login via Twitter:
