I've attached a video to show this.
It only happens for the caps letter "Ü".
I'm only using Shift+ü key on a german keyboard here. It doesn't happen for "Ä" or "Ö".
This has been reported by multiple people, so not a broken keyboard.
This only happens in the wpDiscuz comment field. In all other places like the post editor it's working as expected.

Could you please disable the Emoji Shortname option, clear all caches and check again?
The option is located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Emoticons tab.
Thanks. I can confirm that with this setting disabled I can type "Ü" as expected.
Allthough I still would like to file this as a bug, since otherwise you can't reliably use languages like German and Emoji Shortnames at the same time.
And we want to use Emoji Shortnames 🙂

The issue is related to the Quill editor, and it has already been resolved in the stable 2.0.0 version. Once the Quill editor is updated, we will incorporate these changes, and you won't encounter the issue anymore.
