[Solved] '+' is stripped in email addresses

Hello,

When adding a comment, if author email address has a '+' in it, it gets stripped (e.g. my+name becomes myname).

I know it's rather unusual having a '+' in your email, but Gmail supports it.

Is this a wpDiscuz bug or a WordPress bug? I am running the latest version of both.

Please deactivate the wpDiscuz plugin, check and let us know how it works without the wpDiscuz plugin.

I deactivated wpDiscuz and added a comment with standard WordPress form.

'+' was kept, so it looks like this is a wpDiscuz bug.

Please delete the current version installed on your website, download and install the version attached below, then delete all kinds of caches and check again:
