Bug with comment count totals and pinned comments

I wanted to report a small bug I have been experiencing for quite sometime, since it's nothing serious I just waited to see if it would get fixed at some point, but since it hasn't here I am 😀Â
Let's say a blog post has 30 comments (Comment count doesn't make any difference though) If you pin one of the comments, then the comment count total changes to 29. If you pinned 2 comments, then the comment count goes down to 28, and so on and so on.

@asti Hi, If you go this post: https://deepinenespañol.org/arrancar-deepin-20-beta-en-modo-live/ you will see that I have pinned one comment, the total comments on that article shows 6 everywhere, in reality there are 7 comments.
It happens in any post where you pin a comment, the more comments you pinned the lower the comment count will go.

There is no such issue on our test websites. this may come from either one of the active plugins or the theme.Â
Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker one.Â
