We have almost discussed everything and I even told them to start working on addon but there is no response thereafter.

I am not sure whether they are working or just not interested. Anyway, I also don't have confidence in them anymore. After all, they will only fix issue pointed out within 30 days of work submission. If they take 7 to 10 days to reply then I don't think its good idea to commission any work to them.

I have decided to wait for 3 more days before I commission work some other developer.
