1. Your plugin's dashboard ("What's New" section), has a toggle titled "Close". The string "Close" never changes to "Open" when the "What's New" section is actually closed. Please review and fix this.

2. Please move the dashboard's "What's New" section to below the "Active Users and Guests" section. This will allow Administrators to view their essential comments data first. Optional: Place a "grab handle" next to all dashboard sections so they can be moved by the Administrator to his/her liking.
