Hi, I need help with a wpDiscuz plugin. I'm writing here on Divi support because reading the plugin forum, it seems other people haven't been able to use it, or rather, they haven't been able to use it 100% (attached Screen_00.png and Screen_05.png).

My problem is adding images to comments. If I use a normal post, the plugin works fine and imports photos (attached Screen_01.png). However, if I try to use it on Divi projects, I can only use comments and can't import photos (attached Screen_02.png).

I've tried changing the preferences (attached Screen_03.png and Screen_04.png) and disabling all plugins as indicated in the guide and as suggested in some discussions, but I can't resolve the issue.

Could you give me some suggestions? Thank you very much.

So, I think you can contact the WPDiscuz plugin author and ask them about the attachment function on the custom post types. They might need to adjust something for the upload feature to work properly. Please let us know if they share something that we can adjust on our end as well.

I have set wpdiscuz in the comment section of pages to redirect users to the wpforo login page, but once logged in, they still cannot comment. The comment section still tells logged in users they need to login once again redirecting them to the wpforo page. It's like wpdiscuz doesn't recognise logged users. 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

This didn't happen about 6 months ago when I started this web project because I tested it with two dummy users, and the comments are still on the post. It's only now that users cannot comment on new posts, they can only comment on the one post on my website that already has comments.

Please help me fix this, I'm out of ideas. TIA!

I’ve followed all the steps mentioned in this thread:

• Enabling comments in LearnDash lessons and topics

• Making sure sfwd-lessons and sfwd-topic are enabled in wpDiscuz > Settings > General > Post Types

• Confirming that comments are not hidden via CSS

• Ensuring <?php comments_template(); ?> is included in the theme template

• Testing with default themes and all other plugins disabled

• Disabling the cache plugin completely (no effect)

The comment box does show up, and the total number of comments (e.g. “16 Comments”) is displayed — but the actual list of comments is not visible inside LearnDash lessons or topics.
On other pages (e.g. blog posts), comments are displayed correctly.

There are no errors in the browser console, and all comments are approved and visible in the WordPress backend.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how I can force wpDiscuz to render the comments inside LearnDash content?

Scenario: An unregistered guest commentator submits their comment using an unregistered email address. It is approved. So, is there an option (which I haven't seen yet) that allows the guest data to be saved as user data upon approval/publication of a guest comment? Thank you very much.
