Disquis is not installed and there is not a Jetpack Comment plug-in that I see. I have, however, disabled comments on Jetpack. This was done during setup.

2. Default form is correct.

3. I went back and selected new Comments>On. This did nothing.

4.

 1) I turned Discussions>On.

 2) I allowed Comments on posts.

5. I have not tried this step. This PHP code can be added to code snippets?
