Those buttons are completely greyed out for me and can not be clicked. Remember, I don't want any comment voting.

You'll just need to click the button and wait until the regeneration process is finished.

I've tried everything I know to try. I've turned off voting in general settings and comment features. But I still get 2 constant nag messages.
