This is a configuration issue. First of all please try to delete all kinds of caches, reset minified files and check again.

I am running into an issue in which Recaptcha fails to load when logged out. When logged in, it works fine and shows up as expected. When logged out, the form fails to submit, and no errors occur. There is an error message in the console on page load: reCAPTCHA couldn't find user-provided function: onloadCallback

My site uses Recaptcha V3 via Elementor Pro forms if that helps.
