No, this is just a DB warning message. It seems you've copied the Inline Feedback shortcode and haven't changed the unique ID for the shortcode.

The red marked wpdiscuz-feedback id="idNCXs" ID should be unique in each shortcode.

Hi There,

I'm seeing the following error (many times over about 20 days) and I'm not sure what to make of it:

WordPress database error Duplicate entry 'bgykzwyait' for key 'unique_id' for query INSERT INTO `wp_wc_feedback_forms` VALUES (NULL,278484,'bgykzwyait','Please leave a feedback on this',0,''); made by edit_post, wp_update_post, wp_insert_post, do_action('post_updated'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WpdiscuzHelper->checkFeedbackShortcodes, WpdiscuzDBManager->addFeedbackForm

It's the same error but I also have another error with a different entry.

Is someone trying to spam/hack my comments section??
