I just solved my problem. In my custom theme :
wp_deregister_script('jquery-core');

it comes from my jquery loading optimization. I unloaded the core jquery and loaded myself another way.

This is a conflict with other plugins or the active theme.

You can also try to disable the Rich Editor. With the textarea there shouldn't be such an issue.

Check the styles and make sure there are not any {display:none;} CSS rules for the main wpDiscuz form.
