I'm sorry, but there's no intuitive way to make that happen. In other words, the first post won't show up immediately when a new comment is posted if we hide it. The page needs to be fully refreshed for it to be displayed. wpDiscuz manages AJAX requests when users comment, so the page doesn't refresh in this process.
