I have the Emoticons add-on installed but the emojis do not show. How can I fix this please?

I've enabled the emojis, please see this screenshot: https://ibb.co/q9SbtDN

I've deactivated all other plugins, cleared the cache, switched the theme to Twenty Twenty and they still do not show. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
