Simply the name, email and website fields are nor visible for logged-in users. If you try to check via guest those fields will be visible. In the case of the GDPR ( AgreementCheckbox), you should enable the "Display for Registered Users:" checkbox.

We don't see such an issue on our test websites. Could you please send the admin login details to infogvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue.

Whenever I add new fields or checkboxes to my comments form in WordPress, the changes aren't reflected on my site. I've tried caching but to no avail.
