We also use Wordfence and have no issues with it blocking wpDiscuz.  

Your screenshot simply indicates that your custom Wordfence settings are blocking the noted IP. If that's your IP, then adjust your Wordfence plugin settings to whitelist your IP.

The issue doesn't have any relation to the wpDiscuz plugin. It may come from one of the active plugins. You should find the problem maker by deactivating the plugins one by one.
