Go to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page, delete the unnecessary forms, then edit the remaining forms and click the save button without making any changes.

The issue was fixed by our developers.

You had created a lot of unset forms. The developers deleted some of them and edited/saved the others (without making changes), and the issue is now resolved.
