However, when I test a comment in incognito to see how my customer will see it, it's my website's internal permalink with the emojis. Please see the attached screenshots. I don't want a permalink to shows with emojis or anything like that. I tested your website before buying, and your demo works amazingly. I uninstalled the plugin immediately.
 
I don't want a refund. I would like the emojis or an exchange for another plugin as the wpDiscuz - Fronted Moderation.
