wpDiscuz uses the HTML input tag in this case, and the validation for the input is done by the browser, not wpDiscuz. Therefore, the message also comes from the browser.

@asti I found the relevant phrases, but "Enter too short" and "Enter too long" do not match the information that pops up in the name box. In other words, the information that pops up in the name box is not the text in the phrase.

Please navigate to the Dashboard >wpDiscuz > Phrases > Errors admin page, check the value of the "Message if input text length is too short" field.

The value of the field is used in this case.

I set the minimum length of the commenter name to 2 characters and the maximum length to 5 characters in "Commenter name length". When I commented, I only entered 1 character in the commenter name, but the prompt was: Please be consistent with the requested format! But the guest commenter will not know what the error is? It should prompt: "The minimum length of the name is 2 and the maximum length is 5". I also did not find the relevant modification in "Phrase".
