We've checked our demo website and it works fine. Please ask your users the version of the safari they are using. Probably it's too old.

They see a load bar that keeps loading, but the comments are never sent.

I asked five of my users to try sending comments on your demo site, but they couldn't send there either. 

Please try it out for yourselves on your demo site. Get some friends or users with ipad/iphone to test it thoruoghly. Because I would very much like to use Wpdiscuz, but I don't want to loose commenters on my sites.
