Thank you for letting us know. It'll be fixed in the next version.

Currently as a workaround, please use the CSS code below:

.ql-editor li:not(.ql-direction-rtl)::before {
     margin-left: 0;
}

Put the code in the Top Admin Bar > Customize > Additional CSS > "Additional CSS" textarea, save it, delete all caches and check again.
